Under MyFoodRetail, we have the Lifestyle Mini Complex which provides investors with stable income returns and potential capital growth as we invest in a diversified portfolio of profitable food retail operations across South Africa.
Profit share from is determined from the multiple income streams in one complex. The profits are added to one "pot" and they include the following streams:
1. Profit from sale of groceries
2. Profit from sale of meat and other products
3. Profit from sale of fruits and vegetables.
4. Profit from rent paid by the trading stores.
Each complex is designed to serve a market of 10,000 households in the community on average with an average budget of R2,000 per month. The investors will share in the net profits which are consolidates into one company.
