About MyProperty
MyProperty is designed to offer clients an opportunity to earn passive income from direct investments into multiple good quality properties. It provides stable returns and potential capital growth as we invest in a diversified portfolio of properties across South Africa working with our bankers. The properties will be managed by experienced property professionals who have a proven track record in the industry.
Profit share from is determined from the multiple income streams from the different property companies.
We have two commercial banks that we are working with who have agreed to assist our firm in the process of getting our clients to invest into properties using our model. These can be commercial and residential properties that are vetted by the banks and we provide clients with updates and invite them to sessions with the banks where possible. All communication with the banks, is shared with our clients through our communication channel.
